- Scaled the development team 6 folds (6 to 36 developers) in 2 months to meet hyper scale demands

- Established 5 teams, coached team leads, launched QA activity and setup a scalable organization structure

- Coached the organization on agile practices, kicked off community of practices and increased collaboration of distributed teams
