Certified Agile Scrum Master

"Scrum is the key element to work smarter and enhance collaborative work within a team for a certain goal"

What is Scrum?
Scrum is an agile software development methodology developed by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland and is used by worldwide companies such as Google, IBM and Microsoft.
Agile is certainly a loaded term in modern software development and can have varied meanings among developers.
Scrum is based on a "Sprint," which is typically a 2 to 4 weeks period for delivering a working part of the system. Each Sprint starts with a two to three-hour planning session that includes the customer (product owner), the facilitator (Scrum master) and the cross-functional team. To keep the team synchronized, there is a 15-minute meeting every day. At the end of the Sprint, the results are delivered and reviewed, and the next Sprint is started.

Who is the Scrum Master?
Scrum is facilitated by a Scrum Master, who is accountable for removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal/deliverables. The Scrum Master ensures that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of the Scrum Master’s role is to protect the team and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.
